What makes your my ski holiday luxury?
From the moment you get in touch about your holiday plans to the moment you return from holiday I will be in close contact with you covering every detail and providing pre and post sales support. I provide an exclusive insight into my personally selected accommodation options, personalized services, gourmet dining experiences and top-notch amenities to ensure a truly luxurious experience.
Why is a short break so special?
Travelling to the mountains traditionally meant Saturday to Saturday however with Powder Pines Luxury Travel you can explore at your own pace largely based on your own duration. Skiing for a shorter stay actually means you will likely ski for longer durations in the day, explore the town more than usual and pack just as much in without getting skiers fatigue come day 4/5 on your week. Ski hard, Play hard.
What ski resorts do you feature?
I provide options across a wide range of resorts in Europe from the beginners paradise of Portes du Soleil in France all the way up to the sublime Zermatt or Kitzbuhel and everything in between. If you want to cover vast distances then look no further than the Four Vallées of Verbier or the Three Vallees or if you wish to dine your way around the mountain then why not try Italy’s Selva Val Gardena?
What types of accommodations do you provide?
I provide a wide range of luxury accommodations, including chalets, spa hotels, and boutique hotels, all designed to offer comfort and elegance.
Do you offer ski-in/ski-out options?
Yes, many of my accommodation options are ski-in/ski-out, allowing you to step directly onto the slopes from your room.
How do I book a luxury ski holiday with you?

Do you provide transportation to and from the ski resorts?
Yes, I offer transportation services, including private transfers, luxury coaches for larger groups, Swiss rail tickets and shared transfers where necessary to ensure a seamless travel experience.
Can I get recommendations for non-skiers?
Absolutely! I offer a range of activities for non-skiers, including spa treatments, scenic tours, and cultural excursions.
What is included?
At the very minimum you will have your accommodation organised with myself. After we have organised your accommodation we can add on transfers, lift passes, ski hire, ski school as well as parapenting/paragliding, walking guides, spa trips, snow shoeing, snowmobile tours and much much more.
What are the different board basis?
Depending on where you choose, you can enjoy Bed & Breakfast (BB), Half Board which is Breakfast & Dinner (HB), Full Board with is Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner (FB) or Chalet Board (CB) this is where your Breakfast, Afternoon Tea, Dinner and drinks are included*. *Please note that this can differ from property to property.
Is my personal information secure?
Yes, we take the security of your personal information seriously. We use industry-standard encryption and security measures to protect your data. Your information will only be used for order processing and will not be shared with any third parties.
What are the best times to visit your ski resorts?
The best times to visit our ski resorts vary by location, but generally, the winter months from December to April offer the best skiing conditions. The best deals are found early December and late March. Peak periods are Christmas, New Year, February School Holidays and Easter.
What après-ski activities do you offer?
I offer a variety of après-ski activities, including gourmet dining, spa treatments, live music, and exclusive events.
What is your cancellation policy?
Our cancellation policy varies by accommodation, but I disclose more information about each property as and when we address the options.
What should I pack for a luxury ski holiday?
We recommend packing warm clothing such as Marino Wool thermals, ski jacket and trousers, thick comfortable ski socks as well as gloves. Inner gloves are recommended if you feel the cold. Personal toiletries, and any other essentials you might need for a comfortable stay are recommended. Whilst your accommodation will supply toiletries, if there is anything specific you use please bring this with you as in resort there is a limited amount of shops.
Do you have any special offers or discounts available?
I often have special offers and discounts available, so be sure to check our website or contact me for the latest deals. Deals are frequently available for those booking far in advance and the last minute flexible client.
How can I reserve my holiday?
If you’re booking in advance, typically a 30% or 50% deposit will be required to secure your holiday. Balance is due typically 60 days before arrival. We accept Visa & Mastercard, Credit or Debit. Bank Transfers are preferrable and all holidays are covered by my bonding. We don’t accept American Express.
